Rebalancing
To make your investment journey easier, stocks have been labelled in green and bonds in grey. Rebalance your accounts at your discretion to follow a tactical asset allocation strategy. This can be monthly, quarterly or annually. Generally speaking, the more frequently you rebalance, the safer your money will likely be. Trusting your intuition and considering investment trading fees (if any), will help you determine how often you should rebalance. It wouldn’t be unreasonable to only rebalance once a year using the recommendations from the app. Please know, however, the app is updated at least once a month to reflect the current market. Rebalancing your investment portfolio helps maintain your desired asset allocation and risk tolerance. This ensures that market fluctuations don’t skew your original investment strategy, allowing you to stay aligned with your financial goals over time.
